Deposit Money
My previous landlord finally accepted
my demands to return my security
deposit in full since she failed to file a
claim with the 30 day time frame. I
have deposited the check and it has
cleared through the banks. Now her
husband is involved and changed
their mind and are requesting the
check back within 7 days or else! Do
they have any right to ask for the
money back? And in full?

Sure, they can always ask. You are under no obligation to return it. Likewise, the fact that they returned the deposit to you does not prohibit them from suing you for any damage to the apartment.
