Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Eviction

Hello, I live in an apartment and i allowed a friend to move-in with her daughter, 15 yo. a year ago by oral agreement, sadly we had some sanity problems, they're too messy and dirty, and the relationship between us is not working out. I want them to leave but she says she has no money to do it and she has not paid her part yet. My plan is to move to another apartment but i don't know how would it affect my landlord ( friend of mine). Can he proceed to to evict them for He didn't make aragments with her?I already gave her an oral request to leave about 1 month ago. is this considered an eviction notice? what should i do so they leave....i am really tired and thank you for your advices..........Freddy

Re: Eviction

You need to evict. Retain counsel as the court has strict rules.
