Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

EVICTION OF TENANT RENTING ROOM IN MY HOME?

I rent rooms in my home to cover its expenses. They do not have written leases and pay monthly. I have one tenant I've since found has had problems in the past regarding eviction and knows the laws so I be sure to file everything correct. He has brought a gun into yhe house which I've told him I don't allow but refuses to remove it. He gets drunk every night and comes out of his room harassing me or my guests and most recently brought some drunk old man here then locked himself in his room after telling him he could sleep in the spare bedroom. I specifically told him I did not want him at a party I recently had but he insisted on coming out and started problems. What is the fastest and legal way I can remove him? He insists he has rights to the entire house.

Give him 15 days notice that his month to month tenancy will end. He gets until the end of the month he has paid you for already. If he does not vacate after the notice and 15 days you can file an eviction action.
