Florida Eviction
I was served a three day notice dated April 17, 2009 and due on or before April 22, 2009, on April 22, 2009 @ 9:35 pm. The landlord has said he will file the case @ 8:00am on April 23, 2009 without fail. The process server signed and dated the 3 day notice April 22, 2009 @ 9:35 pm.
How do I file a motion to dismiss due to the defective service or 3 day notice?
