Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I just got the Florida Room Lease Agreement form you, but I didn't know it was for an Unfurnished room until I downloaded it. Can I use and amend this document for a Furnished room?

I'm not sure what form you are referring to but generally forms can be amended however you want. A lease Agreement is merely a contract and the parties can comes to agreement on whatever terms are acceptable unless such terms violate Florida Law. Have a local attorney draft you a lease agreement if you wish instead of using the form.
