Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I moved into my apt. 04-01-08 and a man brought foreclosure docs to my apt. on 06-07-08. They knew the apt. was goin into foreclosure and still let me sign a year lease. Now she is suggesting I move out. Explain to me what my rights are here? Can I demand damages? I will need first/last/sec. to move ANYWHERE can I get this from them sinse I had a lease? A legal document stating I am entitled to the property for a year? Also could I get my money back from past months? Please help I am so lost! to make it worse my landlord lives in Texas so its more difficult. She is very unhelpful and doesnt call me to let me know what is going on.
WHAT DO I DO???????

Stay until a judge orders you out. Pay your rent into court.
