Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I gave my tenant a three day notice to pay the past due rent or vacate the house. She will not respond to my calls or texts now. Can I move her belongings out of her room and put them in the garage.

There is no self help in Florida. You must legally evict.

No as Mr. Slater says no self help. You must file an eviction action and get the sheriff to serve a writ of possession and remove her goods.
