Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I gave my tenant a legal 3 day notice to pay her rent 1 day after her grace period had expired. She had until 02-07-16 to pay $1225.00. On 02-07-16 she wrote me a check for this amount. My bank says the check is no good. Her bank says the account does not exist. What's my next step?

File for eviction as soon as possible. You may get lucky and she may move out on her own. Make certain that you follow the eviction laws to the letter..
