Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I own a home and allowed my brothers friend to move in because she was having a hard time. She left the home about three weeks ago returning twice to take what she wanted which some of what she took was not hers. I have not heard from her in three weeks and now she is calling threatening that she still has clothes and other things in the home and that if I don't give them to her she will press charges. She does not have a lease and has never paid rent. Am I required to allow her in my home again to take whatever she wants and can she press "charges"? Also, what can I do to stop her from just going to the house or harassing me? Thank you.

The worst that is going to happen is that she will appear with a officer which may decide to oversee her retrieval of her things. As long as you cooperate with the police, everything will be fine.

She cannot press any charges on these facts. You should allow her back to take her stuff, but only if you receive yours in exchange. Change the locks if you have not done so already so that she cannot enter at will. the police are not likely to get involved in a civil matter.
