Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

can my landlady come bursting thru my door yelling at me about the wheelchair tire (somewhat dirty) trail from outside on her white til (I've lived here 7 years) and mop often plus offered to pay to have it professionally cleaned but on she went, shouting. Then, on a Sunday went after a neighbor who wouldn't open his door. It's subsidized rural housing.

Whole her actions are inappropriate, that does not mean that you can sue her for it. It also depends on whether the lease gives her open access to your rental.

It is inappropriate for her to burst in yelling anything. That said, you don't have a cause of action against her just for doing that. If the property is overseen by someone else, then make sure you advise them of your complaints in writing. Only give them the problems you are having, don't go and fight other people's battles.
