Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

In my lease I pay a total of $599 for rent. In my early termination fee part of the lease, it tells us "I/We agree, as provided in the apartment Lease Agreement, to pay $1290.00 (an amount that does not exceed two month's rent) as liquidated damages or an early termination fee, if I/We elect to terminate the Apartment Lease Agreement, and the Manager waives the right to seek additional rent beyond the month in which the Manager retakes possession."

Since the early termination fee is more than two months rent by $92 dollars, does that mean the contract is void?

No it does not void your contract. It just makes the termination clause confusing and subject to court interpretation based on the remainder of the document.
