Lease Termination
I cannot find a time limit for latest I can notify landlord of my intent NOT to renew or ask for a new lease. I am over 65 andlandlord plays pretty rough on everyone. Keeps deposits, etc.

Look at your lease agreement. First, it may not provide for any renewal. If it does automatically renew, then there will be a provision in the lease stating the latest you must advise the landloard that you will or will not renew -- depending on the lease.
