Is Lease valid?

I was looking through my lease and noticed that the beginning date of the lease is March 24th 2005 and the ending date of the lease is February 28th 2005. Since the ending year is wrong, does this make the lease void? And if so, what do I do about it, especially if I would like to leave now. Please help.

No. It is a mere typing error which the court will correct.
