What happens if your leasing a home... the owner dies and their family places the property in foreclosure?

You still pay the rent until your lease is up. You pay the rent to the Estate of ...... and if they have not filed a probate - then you must deposit the funds with the registery of the clerk of court to show good faith in your intention to pay until your lease is up.
