Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Was it legal for my real estate agent to just give me a lock box code to view a house on my own? Also we was not informed by her that the house is in an HOA can we get our money back and have her pay for our move?

huh? no claim for viewing house on your own. you closed and now are upset about the HOA? you should have known about that before you signed anything. You have a lease? what does it provide with regard to HOA and your responsibility?Seek some legal guidance with your paperwork.
