Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
So I've lived with my ex for five years an at on point I got a note from the landlord that said i was evicted if rent wasn't paid but rent was paid although rent was paid my ex told the landlord I wasn't living here anymore but I have lived here for five years an now my ex wants to kick me out can she do that I live in Florida what's the law
