Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

My mobile home park was recently placed under new ownership/management. I received a letter from the new management with the following quote: "Please be advised that we will want to inspect all trailers as a condition of renewing the month to month lot rentals. Inspection will take place in February. Failure to allow inspection will result in non renewal for the lot space.". According to FL 723.025 park management does not have the right to inspect the inside of my home. Are they allowed to use the threat of non-renewal as listed above to perform a inside inspection?

It does not state that they will be coming into your trailer. I would ask the new people exactly what do they mean by inspection. I would have to guess they will be looking at the connections to the trailer, the need for repair of outside damage.
