Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I just got moved into a apartment and found out that the place has fleas which my daughter is allergic to so i told my landlord i didnt want the apartment after 3 weeks but i signed a 18month contract what should i do?

You should make your landlord hire a pest control service and get rid of the fleas.
