Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

we moved in to a home in Port Saint Lucie Fla 8 months go. The land lord kept the power and water in her name and we have paid every bill in full each month. On April 30th the landlord shut the water off with no notice at all. Is this legal?

It is illegal. You should contact THE housing discrimination agent in your area or an Attorney.
