removing someone from premises
i have someone that i let live in my home in the in-law side and she decided to let her boyfriend move in without permission. she has been starting problems and i would like her to leave. what can i do?

If the police will assist you, you can issue a trespass warning against your in-law and force her to leave. However, many times the police will not allow a trespass warning to be issued against someone they believe to be an invited guest. If that occurs, you'll have to evict the person using the landlord-tenant eviction procedure.
