I rent from a condo, they are harassing me about my auto because I have 2 also they said they will be checking the guest log to see who visits me, do they have the right to enter my dwelling without my permission

That's a few questions wrapped into one, but here goes.

First, you must abide by the terms and conditions of the Condominium Bylaws and the rules and regulations. If you are only permitted to park one vehicle then the association may take whatever action is provided for in the bylaws of the association.

Second, I'm not sure what you mean by a "guest log" but assuming that the association requires guests to sign in either at a guard gate or front access point. That seems to be the entire point of the guest log, to determine who and when persons are accessing the building. I can see no basis to preclude the association from this information.

Third, an association has a limited right of access to a condominium unit upon reasonable terms generally for maintenence or security matters. If your association is also the landlord (or if you have a landlord), then the right of access is a bit greater and should be governed by the terms of your lease.
