Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I am renting an efficiency, the lease has just expired. There is rat feces falling from the crawlspace, and bed bugs.
I feel if the health inspector were to see the room, would be considered health violation. Would it be in my favor in the court of law to request a months lease payment refund. Would I have a case if brought to trial?

If your lease has expired - I suggest you move. It would be kind of an issue that now you are just finding rat feces and bed bugs?
