If I have been renting for 1 1/2 years and my tenant is going through foreclosure, but has not been paying any of his mortgage and just pocketing my rent every month. I just recently found that the condo that I have leased until march of 2011 is going to be sold on January 2011. Is there anything I can do as far as the rent I have been paying that they have not done the proper thing with? Please help w/ this. I would appreciate any assistance you could offer me. thanks again,
