Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I have been served an eviction notice from the landlord. I live in a mobile home park( I own the mobile home) for non payment of rent and a lease violation(there is no lease) I have paid the rent to the county clerk(as payment has been refused by property management) what are my options?

The LL is not required to accept your rent payment after he serves you an eviction notice. You are not required to pay the clerk the rent unless you are served with an eviction complaint. You should see a lawyer in your hometown immediately with the eviction notice in hand. Be prepared to pay for advice on what you should do. In the meantime, start packing.
