When served with a eviction summons in FL how long do I have to move I have 3 small children and I am behind on rent. I tried to make payment arrangments with my landlord to pay him every two weeks when i get paid he said no I will be all caught up no later than July 9

You have five days to answer the summons. If you don't timely answer the summons, a default judgment is generally entered within ten days. After that, a possession order is issued usually giving you a maximum of 72 hours to vacate.

Follow the instructionson the summons and answer the pleading. This will buy you some time and plus the judge may not allow you to be evicted.
