Yeah this is an "intent" question and thus would need to know more facts. For instance if you were initialing each page and then came to the last page and were in disagreement with something and thus failed to sign then the lease may not meet the statute of frauds. I would see an attorney as I have a feeling that you believe that the lease being void would avoid your responsibility as leasee but that wouldn't necessarily be true.
