sold my trailer to a person 6 weeks ago he hasn't pay me any money yet or the lot rent how do I get him out of the trailer?

Go to the county court where the property is located. Talk to the "self help" folks who will give you the forms to fill out to evict him, and sue him for rent on both the trailer and the lot. Next time you sell the trailer, don't let the buyer move in until you get paid, and the check clears.
