I have a tenant rented room on 1\1\18 got arrested on 1\6\18 goes to trial 3\2\18 his personal things an vehicle are still in room an on my property. i need them gone.??

dates? times? sorry they don't make sense. if he has not paid rental, serve him an eviction. if no written lease, send him termination notice and end lease. seek some legal guidance.
