Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I have a vacation rental. Rental agreement states cancellation must be 90 days prior to check in to receive refund.
Tenant just gave me 2 days notice not coming due to Coronavirus and wants a refund.
Any legal advice will be appreciated.

In view of the National Emergency, I would give the refund.

I agree that giving the deposit back is the wisest thing. It saves you from being open to liability after the pandemic is scaled back.
