Appealing a test result

Taking an online test and there was problems with their website.

And I was shut off before finishing

test. I failed test by one point.

They have admitted to this but keep making me taking 3 hour test again but if their website goes down again, they will not give me another chance

If you take the test again and the site shuts down and they don't want to give you another chance, then have an attorney contact them. My firm focuses on Internet and entertainment law.
