I’m a Real State Agent and I will like to know the correct procedures when another Real Estate Agent is trying to exclude me, my broker from a Contract to lease commission.

Your question is not very clear and does not really explain what is going on, so it is difficult to comment. You may wish to contact the Florida Real Estate Commission for guidance on the ethical issues regarding the conduct.
