Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

A country club is officially closed, but open for a private party. Should there be an incident between invited guest and host, what role/jurisdiction does the club management have. Host was adamant on not wanting any legal or police action taken. It did not warrant this. Club however suspended entire family and notified all directors that entire family was not to utilize club facilities, thereby ostracizing teenage daughter and father to point where they terminated membership
