I have a neighbor,s tree which is next to my fence and due to a pass storms very large limb came down on my side. I would like to know if he is responsible or am I . Location of property is in Ocala, Fl. Email rwergen @aol.com. Thank you

Responsible for what? Did the limb cause damage? Or do you just need to remove it? The neighbor can be responsible if allowing the limb to remain when it was obvious it was at risk for falling as this would be negligent. If the limb fell due to an act of god, in all likelihood, their is not responsibility.
