Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Florida

statue of limitation

I received my closing settlement letter to sign however, my attorney settle without discussing this with me, And it is held in their account pending my signature. I am not in agreement with this settlement. Do I have to accept this? How long do I have to respond to this with my refusal? All efforts to communicate with them by phone has failed.
