Mediation Hearing
During a Mediation Hearing my ex told me he wanted all of his stuff back before July 11th. I have been trying to give it back for a year now and he keeps blowing me off? I am affraid that if his stuff is not back to him by the 11th he is going to take me to court for not return his stuff.

First, be careful here as all communiations that took place during the mediation are confidential by law and you don't want to violate confidentiality. If you have concerns you should ask the Judge for instructions either by letter or motion. Send a copy to the other side and you should be protected.
