Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

Deposition-Change in Lawyer

In a medical malpractice case, the defendant attended a deposition by Lawyer A. The accusing party sometime after that changed lawyers. Is the deposition by lawyer A still valid for the case or must another deposition be held? This is in the state of florida.

Thanks

Re: Deposition-Change in Lawyer

The deposition is still valid. The change in lawyers has no affect on the ability to use the deposition.
