Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

Malpractice or Medical Neglect?

I feel that i am a victim of medical negligence...i need to know what the definition is...i have been sick for over 2 years, and just now being diagnosed...by a different doctor..the original doctor has complete ignored my complaints for the past 2 years...please help!

Many times malpractice occurrs but there are no injuries to the person. Have you been injured by this malpractice. You should also go to http://www.florida-malpractice-lawyers.com and read a little on med malpractice.
