Misdiagnosed with cancer - removed healthy organs

39yo female.Healthy.Find fibroid on MRI.elect to wait.2 years later - tumor looses blood supply, expands. doc tells me certain ovarian cancer, not fibroid. no fam. history. no smoke/drink/etc. tells me i'm gonna die. (I look preggers by now.) blood tests all normal including ca125. doc is gyno oncologist, not just gp or gyno.agree to operation but only remove ovary if frozen section shows cancer. doesn't show cancer. fibroid. but doc removes both ovaries,cervix,uterus, lymph nodes. all healthy except for fibroid. (large). lies to cover up - tells me uterine cancer. writes in chart, on or report, etc. (I have charts that show this) tells other doc & hospital. placed in cancer ward (scarey). counseled on cancer by hospital that by now knew no cancer, but gave me counseling anyway. doc refuses to give hrt treatment (should have because of age). go thru extremely painful surgical menopause. go into clinical depression. never had kids. now can't. problems with hrt. gained 40lbs. can't regulate hormones now. charged 4 times more. told insurance i was on feeding tube (never was) when I was admitted. falsified symptoms (charts show I told docs I felt fine, no symptoms. no bleeding, etc. had previous mri, but never viewed. Do I hv Case
