Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida
I was misdiagnosed twenty years ago. I found out the other day I am bipolar. I have displayed every warning sign growing up. I was in and out of counseling and therapy, I had been to doctors and even the education system would just kick me out instead of help. If one of these people caught it early I would not be a drug addict who spent about ten years in prison. My life is basically ruined from this and it could have been fine had someone made the right diagnosis.

The statute of limitations on any potential claim expired many years ago. Not likely you can pursue and make a claim for medical malpractice after 20 years.
