Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

Missing organs

I went to my dr the other day who informed me that i must have been born without my left kidney left ovary and left tube that sounded really odd to me so i went to the hospital and got my medical films from ct scans and other films in my films from 2003 everything seems to be there according to another dr and i can see everything is there but from my scans the other day things are missing i have had--name removed--few operations since that scan what in the world do i do? Can I do anything Id really like to know how and why my organs were removed and why I wasnt told about it???? Thanks so much Im 24 yrs old female

You need to go back to the doctors that operated on you. Get a copy of the operative reports for your operations and the admission and discharge summaries for your hospitalizations. Those records will describe what was done, when and why.
