my mothers death
Mom went in for day surgery(gall bladder)Punctured her intestines.She died three days later from gangreen in intestines. This was in 1995 my father did nothing.He has now passed away. Is there a statue of limitations? Can her children sue now for malpractice?

As a general rule the statute of limitations is two years from the date of the incident. There are some limited execptions. You need to see a medical negligence attorney ASAP.
