personal medical info given to corp employer
I am out on a 30 day sick leave under the FMLA act,however when letter was given from Dr. for employer they also put down suffering from Depression and Anxiety which I no will ruin my career and possibility for advancement in my career. I am now LABELED as unstable and can''t handle stressful situautions which is NOT TRUE Do I have a case and how do I undo the damage?

Have you tried asking your doctor why he would write such a thing if it is not true. If you discuss your concerns about it perhaps he will be able to retract the statement.
