Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

Post C-section Complications

I had my 3rd C-section a litle over 3 months ago. I never quite recovered from the pain. Just a few weeks ago my lower abdomen and incision have had a almost unbearable pain, I call my dr. and the only response I am getting is to go see my primary care dr. what am I to do in this case when it hurts for me to walk at times?

Re: Post C-section Complications

You need to see a doctor as soon as possible, or go to the ER.

This may not be malpractice, since we do not know what the injury is, if any, from the surgery. Sounds like you may have an infection if you have pus and a temperature.

See a doctor, call a friend or relative to bring you to one, or even call an ambulance.

File a complaint against the surgeon with agency for health care, state of Florida.
