urology
After being operated on in March 2005 for a TURP, I began ejaculating urine. Is the urologist gulity of medical negligence? If so, what is the applicable statute of limitations?

The maximum amount of time you can wait is 4 years. However, the statute also states that the action should be commenced within 2 years of the procedure or within 2 years that the incident was discovered or should have been discovered. Please call me so that we can discuss this further. Good luck.
