Legal Question in Military Law in Florida

Lets say I posted a picture of me in a military uniform on CL 3 or 4 months ago looking for a female companion so in other words I was looking for sex and during this time I am married but deleted the ad soon after my wife and her sister found the ad. Can it be retrieved (my pic and post) if they have the link for it even if its been deleted? Also we are going through a divorce since July and she is threatning with going to the big dog of the state of florida with this information. What kinda trouble could I be in if the find that I did and also she is attempting to get a injuction for domestic battery on me stating I chocked her and she passed out, hit her with my fists, kicked her, tried to burn down house, and put wholes in the walls and doors. She cannot prove none of these do to them not happening and no police reports where filled. All this crap cause she hit me and my face three times and her 10 year old son saw it but they wont let me press charges but I have a police report on it and 4 days later the neighbor lady said I tried to run her over with my truck in which the case on that is already closed. We have a daughter together and I cant see her due to the injuctions of course. She texting me on phone I think trying to get me to respond so I would in contempt of court any advice on that also would be great. Thanks in advance.

This is clearly a family law issue, not a military law issue. Other than a picture of you in a military uniform, this has nothing to do with the military.

You need a family law attorney and a criminal defense attorney.
