I was in an accident i have a surgical recommendation im affraid im young i have 3 kids cant afford to take this time out my injury is to my l-4 l-5 area of my spine the liability of the person at fault is 100,000 is it best to file a suit in court because the insurance company is only offering enough to pay my bills i get 0 what are my rights as a victim
