Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I bought tires and rims friday..... monday the front drivers side broke and came off doing 65 on 9a.I hit my head and my neck hurts bad.The tire shop said they would fix the car and rim,tey put the damaged rim back on the car and taped the chrome strip on my car,it is a classic 1964 galaxie 500 xl with only 92,932 miles on it.What should I do now,I didn't pick the car up the guy said he would make it right.But now I feel uncomfortable dealing with them.
