Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Breach of Promise

I met an online man, and from the start, he actively pursued me, romanced me. Eventually we exchanged phone numbers and he called me every night, we talked for hours. He then started talking about marriage etc..I said we should slow down and see what happens. He then wanted to meet and ended up flying me down to Florida to be with him for 4 days. Once down there, I found out that his wife had only been deceased since June not 8 months as stated. But by then I was starting to love him. He started to become different after the third day, and got a few uncomfortable phone calls. He had joined Homeland Security and was on his way to New Orleans..once there he cooled said he was feeling the grief for his wife, so I let him have time. Well, he started calling again, saying he wanted me to come down there by end of Jan or early Feb. Then he called and said that he wanted me to consider by April, he would come here help me pack and move to Florida. A few days later he siad he was going to Iraq and that he was shutting down, that we could be friends. Early Jan I used a fake profile to send him a message and he replied, I did not get back right away, after he said he found his Miss Perfect-not me.

Can I sue him?
