Collecting judgement

Once you are awarded a judgement against a non-profit homeowners association (townhomes, not condo's), if the corporation is uninsured, can you levy the judgement against the individual unit owners?

Re: Collecting judgement

Your judgment is against the HOA which is usually a corportation. The individual members are not judgment debtors. However, they can be assessed by the HOA to pay the debt. Speak with an attorney regarding collections. You may call me at 561 998 9401 if you so chose.
