Contingency fee agreement

For a PI case in Florida, involving litigation but not trial, what should the minimum and maximum percentages be IF there is a MINOR CHILD ... are the fees lower for a child versus adult?

Goes by the contract, thus charges are the same whether adult or child. However there may need to be a guardian ad litem to approve any settlment for the child if the amount is over 15,000.00
